11 chapters in and i am finding it hard to resonate with the humor and instead distracted. it feels so chinese. if you get what i mean. well, this is a chinese webnovel written by a chinese author for chinese readers so i am not complaining about that.
It is definitely worth a read if you are into hp fanfiction -Mc is definitely op but definitely not too much (he will have a lot of power boosts) -Lots of action...and i mean a huge loads of detailed fight scenes -Single heroine (Hermione)... romance is very well done -there are two plots...main book plot and a side plot till those merges at the end -the mc and heroine is the protagonist and they will be more in focus...so harry and ron kinda becomes a joke unfortunately
Disobedient children are not likable, as is the mc's younger sister.
The author has a tendency to make things homosexual in a "light hearted" way.
A good harry potter fanfic, this is a single heroine with a op mc that has an original take on what is the deadly hollow.

Reached halfway through volume 4. It's pretty much HP fanfic. I would say that it was a rather enjoyable read - the premise is interesting and they way the storyline deviates and brings about the twists and turns is quite good. I had fun reading the first few volumes, especially the beginning without Hermione. Hermione is a smartass, clever, and a bookworm. We know all this. But her arrogance here is sky high. I feel like it really spiralled out of control and that forced me to stop, really. (Spoiler beware) There's not much character development on Hermione's end despite her playing a very prominent role in the story. This is because MC pretty much keeps enabling her and cleaning up her messes. She's a dreamer but he's a doer. And this doesn't change because the cycle just keeps repeating. Which gets me quite frustrated because if she's going to be in any position of importance (always gunning for minister of magic, common theme amongst all HP fics), she needs more than she can bring to the table at 11/12 years old. Coz it seems like that's where she stagnated at. TL;DR good read for the beginning bits, but you probably won't last through it.
I haven't read this fanfic,but just for information, hermione in the movies is different from hermione in the book. Is hermione arrogant? Yes, I don't hate Hermione, but she's an arrogant brat for basically the whole series. The way she treats Sirius in the 5th book and Harry in the 6th are two of the biggest example.
