This type of plot is hard to understand. I get the swapped at birth plots, but when you know your child is lost and you adopt another child right afterwards you are just scum. It shows you have know feelings for the child you are raising, and you just want a piece to use. I especially hate the ones where the parents actually seem yo care about the lost child. If you cared you wouldn’t try to fill the void of losing them with an adopted child.

The BAD: The FL falling in love at five years old and the ML falling in love with a 5 year old when he was around 10. Then they have no interaction for 10+ years as she was kidnapped, but both are still in love as adults. icky. The UGLY: The antagonist is not a real character. She is a trope. A pencil sketch has more depth. The very first time she meets the FL she thinks this :- "she frowned in extreme discomfort, wishing to rush up to destroy that face." The lovely sister bond is not enough to deal with both the Bad and the Ugly.
