Resumen
En la universidad, Zhou Jingze y Xu Sui eran muy diferentes entre sí: sus caminos nunca se cruzarían.

This story is actually the epitome of failed communication in relationship. What could happen if people just talk instead keeping it shut. Many things can be solved if they just talk properly. But in real live ego always win😂😂

The story is nice and the ML and MC are both likable. ML is too pitiful as he literally has no one but MC. They both have a sad past. I felt like MC was too cold to him for a misunderstanding that wasn’t entirely his fault but it’s understandable with secret love. Too many years are paid and that once you have it, you are even more afraid to lose it. Secret love especially unrequited love is painful especially one that lasts years. Makes me wonder what could have been done in those years of missed love. But they needed that time to grow; MC to gain self esteem and step of out insecurity and ML to learn how to love properly. Everything was tied up in the end except for the ML awful family. Tired of these types of terrible dads and families. These dads do things and then wonder why the kid rebels. Idiots. For those worried about the tragedy mentioned, it doesn’t have to do with the main leads and it is a HE. Also, for those who love books like this where secret love comes to fruition I HIGHLY recommend y’all to watch the drama Unrequited Love the 2019 version which is the original. It made me cry and I love the love story and loveeeeee the FL to death cause she’s so strong. That drama made me realize how sad unrequited love is and how strong the emotion called love is. Take it from someone who has never been in love so now after that, reading any of these types of long lasting love stories make me sad because I always think they could have gotten together earlier and it’s a pity for the lost years.

I skimmed through some chapters, I think that the mls friend or something the Shen guy and Xixi had a quite tragic relationship, Xixi died while the Shen guy always took care of her before her dying... The fanwai seems to write an alternative world where Shen guy will dream of their relationship and her... While Xixi chases Shen...
Yes I finished and thank god the tragedy wasn’t with the main leads but I still cried. Thankfully they got their happy ending in another life. Did you read the entire story after? It’s good
