Translation is difficult to follow, especially concerning the poems, also because we don’t know the culture and context. Easy read, slice of life, powerful father, cute happy fluff vibes, schemes in the background. Interesting worldbuilding but we unfortunately dont get into that, confused at the ending so I wished that we knew more about the Small World and what the system is and what for. Not age progression, the timeline of the book is one year I think cause MC has been 3 yr old the whole time. Cute, not much emotional turmoil, fluff in ancient China but it also has plot. MC is a cute and adorable baby with the realistic absurd child thought process. The writing style is smooth, comfortable and comedic.
Waiting for a proper translation to reread it. Book gently warmed my heart, and I want to steal the MC to raise
I agree with most of the stuff said in this comment and I’ll clear some confusion up for those who want a spoiler. The system is already said to be a sorta live broadcasting system from the interstellar universes and from like an actual company/show there. Basically they’ll send a book to the cannon folders for them to get a chance to redo their life /bad fate. The company hasn’t been doing as well recently b/c the audience got bored. Anyways that’s why u see the top contestant(concubine fighting for the throne ) show up and the audience crying abt and reading a book abt the mc original fate. U know the mc brought popularity and became the first youngest contestant. Abt the small world from my understanding , since the mc basically broke the luck of the daughter of heaven from the heroine . Basically the world consciousness( aka Tiandao?)was rebuilding the world that was unbalanced b/c of the original heroine. He picked the mc to be the next daughter of luck and basically running the world. She replied with(idk I summarized it) ‘ you have your own consciousness, why should u be subjected to basically follow and obey another persons? Anyways the world shouldn’t bend for another person and u should live your own life ‘. That basically was the mc giving the world consciousness its own ability to be in control and not favor or obey another son of luck. So the world was sorta remade. Anyways the world conscious became the rooster in the end that breath fire (baby phoniex) and started to just accompany the mc. The small world after the dad fainted was just them going to another place/space for a bit like other independent space book. All in all I love this book, and the character growth and dynamics. I love how it focused on actual family building with no romance being built plot point. It was a very direct learning to be a family and learn g to accept and open up and make a bigger family. I read this book on a different website instead of this one and I was looking so hard for it b/c of how in depth the characters are.
I forgot to go more in dept just in case . Basically abt the world . What it means to not have someone revolve around a daughter of luck is that the world became its own independent world . Throughout the book and especially with the heroine, you can see what the power of a main character/daughter of luck means. You also know the world was originally a book that followed the will of the heroine. So what the mc did by giving the. World conscious/ taindao freedom is breaking it from the world of the book and the control of one singular person. The world no longer gonna revolve or be controlled and center around one person anymore because that person isn’t gonna exsist. Like it’s no longer a book world but an actual existing world by itself now. Basically anyone who knows abt Aladdin and the lamp. That same concept of the genie wanting a caster to wish it free so it would no longer be trapped granting wishes for each person.
This novel deserve so much recognition! No romance but I'm so inlove with protagonist MC 😆😍 she's so cute!!! Love the story line! There's no plot dragging. Looking forward for the author other novel! She writes so well ❤️❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
