No it is not, read it yourself, I recommend the translation at comrade mao(though it doesn't have the very last chapter). not only do the names get translated better for a large majority, but the first +100 pages have the option to display the raw paragraph by paragraph with the translation. this allows one to use a browser translator (such as chrome or translate the web) to have 2 versions of each paragraph, I found that I really understood it then. I really enjoyed this novel. Someone on NU wrote it was just like a Xenoverse player character as Raditz and while there is a bit of truth in that, the plots and villains from Xenoverse ARE included, the MC changes just about everything and has a family.
