Too much details on how aura rejuvenation works (it's not the first of its kind) , plot progression is tiredly slow, too much mumbling on boring topics. The mc feels slow witted together with everyone in the novel
The thing that seriously throws me off is that supposedly it's only been 5 years since aura arrived on earth yet somehow there are massive amounts of research, a whole military system, school system and mature martial artists have all appeared in these mere 5 years. It's really makes me struggle to suspend disbelief though. I might have been more accepting of this state if it had been 10-15 years. Not only is it only 5 years, but according to the story in the beginning humanity was suppressed by the wild beasts that grew faster with aura at first than humans did so really it isn't even 5 years just to grow all this experience and institutions, but to first overcome the wild beasts.
Well its standard problem of not smart Chinese writers. By the way i think that 15 years to short too, so my time is about 25 years.

Typical Chinese Mc, when you are weak, you are smart. When u have a little power then become arrogant and dumb. And the enemy? Oh boi the enemy have lower iq than dog. Plus there is plot armor every, unnecessary detail, and many more cliché. If u fine with this then read to your hearth content

the chinese are oppressed because they allow it, if 50% act there is no exercise in the world that can stop it, and they would only be able to stop it using nuclear bombs, unfortunately they brainwash the people there to not even think about changing.
really... most of the stories you mentioned are like that, the most ridiculous thing is that there are a lot of people who still manage to find this kind of brain death novel good.
