Exactly. These authors tend to nerf the system by not using it properly. It will only give tou frustration because the system (advantage) is not properly used. Why include a system if you wouldn't use it anyway? I think they are deliberately weakening the system so that they can prolong chapters to earn more money, because if the system concept is too OP, they might have a problem providing plot. Those kind of authors which didn't use system properly are just using it to clickbait people to read their garbage ass novel.
