This novel is simply enjoyable and easy to understand just fine so please don't take those trash comments to mind much! Main protagonist is male lead, but story starts out from sub lead character female knight setting off to try to regain her family's prestige and meets ml! Story is a bit slow at start as author sets the world-building foundation and explains the history through perspective of adventuring female knight first, so we see both sides of history that people are taught one thing and others experience another thing hinting at subtle complexity of politics and governance, but ml's laid back character doesn't care for such schemes and is more down to earth, so if you are looking for a stuck up harem bigshot then look elsewhere. This is an interesting story with shopkeeper ml just trying to live his life amid all the adventures that always seem to find him as explained in summary!
Couldn't take the stupidity of the first chapter.A trainee knight,nit even a real knight,came to defeat a dragon which even nations with their entire powers couldn't and that too multiple times.Not even gonna try to finish the chapter.Im out
