who is the love interest?
Naori Uchiha (Anime only character, but timeline is wrong in this novel. She is konoha ninja live in genocide timeline but here she lived in warring states period.) They only become couple in last chapter. She didn't appear much in story. (Their relationship is confirmed in the author's other book.)

Wha-?!?! There’s like no comments !!! Well it’s really sad as time starts passing and people keep dying and time moves slowly by… I’m not convinced yet that this isn’t a sappy story about the woes of old age and a long life..
Well he end of volume two was very appropriate, a storm of tears falling from the sky, and from my eyes 😭 omg I was so sad I almost had a panic attack, it was so scary, I couldn’t breathe and my whole body went numb luckily I was able to extricate myself from the story and all the emotions I was feeling, maybe it’s my time of the month I mean I cried during all three first episodes of avatar the last airbender this week, who decided to make them be the perfect length for waiting for others to get ready etc. , well at least it’s a beautiful day out maybe I should go on a walk… wow it feels like the perfect quintessential summer afternoon, The birds are chirping the sun is shining on the flowers and greenery with a hint of fall because for some reason the leaves are falling a little early, it’s just total nostalgia baking with your grandparents going to the library as a kid, visiting the pool or the playground, man I wish I could capture the smell of nature also it rained yesterday maybe that’s why summer and fall are the best scent wise spring isn’t bad it’s like a i development summer, man nostalgia in a bottle would be amazing i be that’s how Zheng Yan feels… I mean hell he was like I’ll see you again in another 50years and you’ll live to see peace via dirty soil reincarnation, well anyways moral of the story go outside to get a rush of serotonin ! Feel the breeze in your hair ! Smell the roses ! As the garden gnome says 🤷♂️😂
