MC is so naive. He doesn't know anything and does nothing to learn. Author says MC spends his money to buy books but the development shows that MC doesn't even see the importance of information and knowledge. How do you enter a Mecha match without knowing how to control one? MC doesn't know anything about the world he's in, why he's so strong. He just stays there like a retard and everything is always right because why not? There's like the craziest plot armour ever. You hit a punch which the machine rates as 17. You don't know why 17 and you don't ask. Then you want to spar with someone who everyone says has a 15 level of strength and you don't know what that is but still go on to do your headstrong stuff because he hurt someone you care about. Isn't that retarded?
