Author is dumb, I don't get just make it more dramatic you idiots MC. System doesn't have any useful cheats just a decoration. Why because u need drama. Everyone know when you r young in Naruto you don't have enough chakra that's why basic skills taught at school is chakra refining, control . Tusunade has best chakra control look how powerful it is . But all MC are dumb don't know that and want to cultivate chidori.
