Don’t read, it’s a massive waste of time by an idiotic author who can’t make his mind up. Story summed up: Chapters 1-400: Builds up power on earth. 400-600: Accidentally enters a new realm and has to start again, acts clueless and nothing like his former self as if he’s inexperienced. 600-800: Another new realm by accident, new cultivation method... 800+: Gets strong, never returns to earth or revives loved ones because the author forgot they existed. Not joking when I say this, you could read 800+ to the end and you’d understand it as none, and I mean NONE and the previous chapters matter as they’re never mentioned again except the staff of origin. I really want to write to the author and send a massive “fuck you”.
Oops but of a mistake here, he starts again here times not two.

Harem? Technically. They do fall in love for little to no reason.
Does he meet the “lover” from his first life on earth? Nope, author forgot he mentioned her.
Does he revive anyone? Nope, completely abandoned and forgotten despite being a MASSIVE plot point by a stupid fucking author.
Polygamy? He marries twice but only had one wife since, you know, the author forgets 80% of the plot he wrote.
Does he return to earth? Nope.
What happened to everyone on earth? No idea.
