I really like this novel and I’ve reread it t 6 times since I’ve found it because I really like the fl Li Dan. Trying to write the review without any bias on my part t lmao. This novel isn’t really a romance novel and the mc seems op now that I think abt it . She probably subconsciously has the ability to easily achieve things in each life due to past life skills. She doesn’t remember much of her previous life but it’s just innate. The fl is cold and unfeeling and doesn’t easily rely on ppl but the ml in some worlds are exceptions. In the plot at the beginning of the novel she achieved a Taoist heart basically meaning she locked away all of her emotions and tried to achieve inner peace. We don’t know if the male lead is the same person in each world but based on similar personalities and previous quick wear I believe it’s implied. Anyways spoilers towards the end of the book the mc realized through each world that what she did wasn’t achieving inner peace because all she did was shut off her emotions and tried to run and forget the stuff she experienced instead of growing form it. But yea it’s basically the mc character development in each world and teaching us some things. Like forgetting and bettering yourself and working hard will let you achieve your goal. It’s okay to rely on someone instead of being hyper dependent and to not take haters to heart but also not letting yourself be a pushover. Some arcs tbh I would say is sorta useless but enjoyable nonetheless. I think some arcs are just the mc and ml being together instead of some character growth. The beginning arc has no ml but as arc progresses it’s more of her and the ml as her emotions grow. Also at first she dose stuff just for the sake of the original owner of the body but later she starts to do stuff just for her own happiness and herself along with the ml doing stuff for her. The ending was unsatisfying the last arc basically touched on first scene of the book. But it’s just the mo in that book she doesn’t end up with him but he gave me sick an ick with his behavior. It’s not that bad cus he did grow as a person ish . Idk . Read this when I was depressed and trying to turn off my emotions and it helped me so I still come back for it lmao

Overlong rebirth/system story. Main FL wears different stories and changes their endings. Some are super good but some are merely tedious. Some arcs have the FL living out a character’s final wishes while others seem pointless. The heroine merely lives a better life. As for the ending - a supposed return to her real life - it’s kind of a scam. Worth reading if you are prepared to do a lot of chapter skipping. 3 of 5 stars.
