I kinda feel the Chapter 1188 is a little unrealistic. The MC has unlocked a database-type mcguffin. The MC is in a deep overall crisis, but instead of asking how to get stronger, he asks for the cures to all diseases. FL is paralyzed from waist down, and MC's mother died from leukemia, but shouldn't saving yourself and the world be at least a consideration.
